Opsydra Communications Group LLC – Deposit, Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: August 28, 2025
Opsydra Communications Group LLC (“Opsydra,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values transparency and fairness in all client relationships. This Deposit, Refund, and Cancellation Policy outlines how deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed for projects, services, and subscriptions provided by Opsydra Communications Group LLC across Texas and Louisiana.
1. Deposits and Retainers
All deposits paid to Opsydra are considered retainers and are applied toward the total project or service cost. Deposits are not considered earned income until work has commenced or materials have been procured. Deposits are used to secure labor scheduling, begin project preparation, and initiate procurement of materials or third-party services. Once procurement begins, the corresponding portion of the deposit is deemed earned and non-refundable.
2. Project Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled project at any time by providing written notice to .
If cancellation occurs before procurement or labor scheduling has begun, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If cancellation occurs after procurement has begun but before installation or configuration, Opsydra will refund the remaining balance of the deposit after deducting actual costs incurred for materials, shipping, or administrative labor.
If cancellation occurs after installation or on-site work has begun, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Any remaining balance due for completed labor or delivered materials will still be invoiced.
Opsydra reserves the right to cancel a project if circumstances prevent safe, compliant, or feasible delivery of services. In such cases, clients will receive either a full refund or a credit toward future services, at Opsydra’s discretion.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Monitoring and maintenance subscriptions (Guardian, Sentinel, Aegis, or other ongoing services) renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in writing at least seven (7) days before the next billing date.
Early cancellation of prepaid or discounted annual subscriptions will result in a prorated refund, minus any discounts or credits already applied.
4. Refunds
All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to ten (10) business days once approved.
Refunds are only issued for eligible deposits, prepaid services, or subscription fees as outlined above. Deposits used for procured materials, special orders, or completed work cannot be refunded.
Opsydra may, at its discretion, issue service credits toward future projects in lieu of cash refunds when mutually agreed.
5. Service Delays and Force Majeure
Opsydra is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply shortages, shipping disruptions, severe weather, acts of nature, or government restrictions. In such cases, deposits will be applied to rescheduled work or refunded if the project cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction where the services were performed or where the contract originated.
