Clients within Louisiana acknowledge that Opsydra operates as a technology and infrastructure services provider and is not classified under any state security licensing or alarm contracting category.
3. Scope of Services
Opsydra provides IT infrastructure, networking, connectivity, and technology management services, including system health monitoring, remote management, and support.
Each project or engagement is defined by a written quote or Statement of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, pricing, and terms.
4. Use of Website and Portals
All content, graphics, logos, and system materials on this site and any Opsydra client portal are the property of Opsydra Communications Group LLC and are protected under U.S. and state copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display our materials without prior
written permission.
5. Payment, Deposits, and Refunds
All invoices and deposits are due per the terms stated on the invoice or contract. Deposits are non-transferable and may be refundable only in accordance with Opsydra’s Deposit & Refund Policy.
Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services, interest charges, or termination of support.
Materials ordered on behalf of the customer remain Opsydra property until paid in full
6. Service Availability and Maintenance
Opsydra aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, system upgrades, or ISP-related outages may occur periodically.
Monitoring packages and SLA tiers apply only if explicitly included in the customer’s agreement.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site and network information, granting required access, and ensuring that their systems comply with operational safety and code requirements.
Tampering with installed equipment, network configurations, or unauthorized third-party interference voids any applicable warranty or SLA.
8. Limitation of Liability
Opsydra Communications Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or profit loss, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Opsydra Communications Group LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, violation of these terms, or breach of any applicable law or regulation.
10. Compliance and Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas for Texas-based operations and the laws of the State of Louisiana for Louisiana-based operations.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the county where services were rendered—Coryell County, Texas, or La Salle Parish, Louisiana—unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Force Majeure
Opsydra shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, strikes, or governmental actions.

Opsydra reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
